Period 1994–1999

The vocal group DNA was founded in 1994 by students of molecular biology and genetics at the Faculty of Science of the Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic).

Its name “DNA” stood for “deoxyribonucleic acid”, which all members of the group were dealing with on a daily basis at that time. However, the name “Dreamy Natural Accord” was adopted very soon to make the group’s name comprehensible to the general public, too.
